Very difficult switch to operate, although instant heat was nice feature. oil never heated up??? returned unit

Asia has some incredible food. But many of us are unfamiliar with the cuisine of Asia. Sure, we’ve grown up with egg rolls and chow mien. But delicate curries or the noodle dishing of Thailand and the Philippines - those are things we’ve never been exposed to.
